Our pin-up boy, the brilliantly talented Gnat plays a mean fiddle, mandola, bazouki, sitar and sometimes
sploogle-horned-violin. He drives out those tunes with amazing accuracy, speed and virtuosity - as long as his
enourmous fringe doesn't get tangled in the strings
A beautiful lady with a beautiful soprano voice, Lynne also plays a mean flute and whistle. Given the
slightest encouragement, she and Yan have been known to boogie, bounce and sway onstage when the tunes are
rattling along
On pots and pans and all things rhythmic is Kevin. Our newest band member, he dribbles evenly from both
sides of his mouth - what more could you want in a drummer?
Wayne our mad pirate calls the dances when the band is in
ceilidh mode and is our soundman having a complete mastery of the sound desk and is, just to cap it all, a
superb whistle player and backing vocalist
Funking jazzy James drives the band ferociously with his his amazing dexterous fingers and giant bass tone,
locked solidly to Al's pulsing rhythms. His angular tunes and eyebrows have given him the soubriquet 'Evil Controller',
he now just needs a cat to stroke!
